The project, which has a duration of 30 months, is divided into 7 phases, each divided into different activities:
Phase 1
Isolation of polyphenols from must from organic grapes.
Phase 2
Production of oil from grape seeds.
Phase 3
Production of skin cosmetics and medical devices for oral hygiene and health.
Phase 4
Production of food supplements.
Phase 5
Valorisation of waste from the wine industry used for feeding farm animals.
Phase 6
Dissemination and exploitation of the project results.

Regulatory and patent analysis
